Update 2004-11-16:
Chuck Lowry has sent in some pictures. Bob Bishop has graciously allowed us to post his pictures too. Not only do we have pictures special thanks to Thourn Heng for sending us 2 movie clips he took on Sunday morning.

Some photos have been posted and they are still coming in. We’ll post’em as we get’em. We’ve also got a couple of mpgs that are on their way so be sure to check back in a week or so to see all of the fancy moving pictures.

Hopefully we’ll get a summary of the what happend at the festival this year posted soon.

We’ve been getting emails about where the festival is exactly, so to clarify it is at Cal State University Long Beach in Long Beach California. Checkout the Cal State University Long Beach Map that Michelle whipped up. And for your convienience a larger printer friendly pdf version is also available. Sorry for any confusion.

The Super 8 Motel has been designated as the place to stay for this year’s festival. It’s close by, not terribly expensive and best of all other jugglers are very likely to be staying there.

What
The Nomadic Juggling Festival was started last year to help distribute the location and the effort of organizing a festival between juggling clubs in California. Last year it was a blast and the A Loose Affiliation of San Diego Jugglers did a great job! This year the reigns are being taken over by The Orange Jugglers and it will be hosted at Cal State Long Beach. Next year the Gold Coast Jugglers of Ventura will take their turn at hosting/organizing the festival before it gets tossed (bad pun intended) back to the San Diego folks.

NO CAMPING, we were unable to arrange with the University to allow
camping. We will post info on motels and camp grounds soon.

Unfortunately there will not be any prop vendors at the festival this year, since the university was going to take to big a cut of the sales, which made it unprofitable.
